Busy Student Lenten Retreat Monday, March 7th through Thursday, April 14th St. Mary's

What is it?
Busy Person's retreat is a retreat that will help you learn how to:

• Spend time with God in your regularly hectic schedule.
• Bring your life and concerns to your prayer with the scriptures.
• Invite the Holy Spirit into your decision making.

How do you participate?

• You are asked to commit to 15 minutes of prayer each day.
• You are asked to meet one half hour each week with your Spiritual Companion.
• You are invited to come to any other prayer services, and masses which are being offered as the regular life of the St. Mary's faith community.

Option 1 - Individually make an appointment daily for 5 days.
Option 2 - Individually make an appointment once a week for 5 weeks.
Option 3 - A group of students will gather for a Busy Student's Retreat from March 7 to April 14, 2011. The start up session will be March 6 where you will chose your Spiritual companion. Bring your calendar to the meeting. We will have a closing liturgy on Thursday, April 14 at 5:10 pm.in the rectory lounge.

Your Spiritual Companion is a person who will walk with you through the Word, listening with you for the movement of the Spirit of God and where the Spirit is leading you as you come to know God even more intimately than you do today.

Students are invited to make a retreat any time during the school year, and can do so by approaching one of the Spiritual companions listed below.

We invite non-students wishing to make a retreat, to contact a Spiritual Companion for the same opportunity during the months of May through August.
